Anyone looking to move to N. St. Pete? We are looking for someone to take over our lease on a 2/2 with just over 1000sqf at Sienna Bay apartments. With water and trash service included, our rent comes out to about $1000/month. The lease goes into the fist week in September. We love the apartment but are moving to Sarasota for work. Sienna Bay is in north St. Petersburg just off of I-275 and only 4-5 miles from the Gandy bridge. We don't smoke and we don't have any pets. Pets are allowed, however, with an additional pet deposit. There are washer/dryer hook-ups in the apartment but the complex also has a community laundry mat. If interested please text the number listed.
