    What the owner loves about this home
    I love that all of the people and pets can be truly happy here and have their needs met. It has been described on Nextdoor and a children's storybook farm. I love being able to ride/hike right off the property or take a short trailer ride to several riding trails. It's also an easy drive to multiple river swimming spots. It's the perfect elevation right at snow level so if you want lots of snow you can drive up and if you want no snow you can drive down. This year we only had two days of snow. It's is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than surrounding areas. There is a wonderful community here with access to theater, cinema, art galleries, schools, medical services, shopping, and delicious restaurants. We have the best neighbors in the front and in the back of the house. We are part of the Fire Safe Community and close to our excellent Fire Department.
