Come make this 20-year young property in a oasis like community your home. We have lived here for the past three and half years and really loved it. Some of the highlights including good schools, 5 seconds walk to the pool and hot tub, and less than 2 miles away from 85 and 101. The house is less than 5 mins walk from the elementary school (Ledesma) which is a great school with caring teachers and friendly kids. The school's playground, basket ball court and football field are open during non-school hours and my child loves to play there with his friends. The house is also less than 5 second (literally) away from the pool and hot tub. The pool is very well maintained. Though not covered, it has lots of mature trees, which means there are always plenty of shades even during the hot summer days. From Apr-Oct, we spend a good 2 hours there almost everyday after work/school. My son even learned swimming right there. This community is also very well landscaped. There are so many green belts, parks and trails right outside of your doorstep. So when you don't want to hop in the pool or during the cooler days, a stroll around the well garnished neighborhood trails can takes all the exhaustion away. When it comes to location, it is in close proximity to 85 and 101, which is very convenience if you need to commute to work. There are also tons of restaurant options within a 2-mile radius. The house also comes with a two-car garage, with plenty of open parking. Our guests never had issues finding a parking spot.
