Your private bedroom has a bed, closet, and comfy chaise sofa, though I can remove the furniture if you prefer to use your own. There is also an office room which can be used if it is open. The house is fully furnished, with a large comfy couch and tv in the living room. It has a beautiful and bright kitchen. Has A/C, heat, dishwasher, on-site laundry (free), fridge, stove, water heater, fast wifi, and a wifi thermostat. There is a small yard with a fence and some area for gardening. I will handle shoveling and yard maintenance. You'll be sharing the house with me (the owner) and we will each have private rooms with locks. Generally I am looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and respectful. - 6 month lease, then month-to-month after that. - First month plus deposit (1 month) due at signing.
