A copy of Pet's vaccination records together with the Pet's photo must be provided at the signing of the lease to the Homeowners Association (HOA). Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the Unit premises and its surrounding areas (includes the Terrace). No compliance with the terms herein stated will be considered a Lease violation and subject to Lease Termination. HOA has assigned 1 parking space in front of the Unit.
