I'm the owner and will meet with you at the condo to discuss any questions or concerns. I maintain our properties to the highest standards and respond immediately to problems. We do ask that prior to scheduling with us that you carefully review and are in compliance with all qualifications listed below. Otherwise it becomes lost time and expenses for all parties involved. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Solid rental history with no evictions, etc. (unless you've recently been a home owner). 2. Credit score above 650 only please for all adults. If you are unsure please do your own credit check for free using Credit Karma prior to contacting me. 3. Maximum occupancy: 3 persons. 4. Income/debt ratio showing no problem paying rent. 5. Solid employment history which includes being well established at current employment. 6. No pets Fees associated with applying are the Zillow application fee. Each adult occupant must apply. I am strict in my qualifications. If you do qualify, however, I take very good care of my properties, and I respond immediately to any problems. Lease term of 12 months. Lease converts to month to month after 1 year. However, I will consider additional yearly leases.
