Tenant must follow rules for trash sorting/ bins, and communicate with landlord about any issues with shared resources like parking, garden, trash bins. Return of initial deposit is dependent on leaving unit in completely clean state/ good repair. Tenant will be responsible for any repairs for damage caused by actions of the tenant. If needed, costs to clean the unit or repair damage will be taken out of deposit.
