Looking for a qualified renter (or couple!) to take over our lease starting July 1, 2025, ending August 31, 2025. We're looking for those who are going to sign a one-year lease starting after the sublease ends on August 31, 2025. If you're serious, we can schedule a meeting with management to sign over the agreement to the new tenants. The current tenants are requesting the security deposit of $1,725 since The Piazza will only pay out a security deposit once the lease/sublease ends to those tenants in the contract.
