This IS NOT a home at all. It's a half acre located behind 1044 Orchard, with a pool, pool house, sports court, orchard, patios, etc. but the house mentioned in the current listing is on 1044 Orchard Avenue. My partner and I took out a mortgage when we bought 1044 in 2005, but I acquired 1042 in my name, exclusively, and purchased for $185,000 proceeds from another property I'd just sold. Lender is asserting that there is only one address and one legal parcel. I beg you to correct your listing to conform with other public records that show 1044 as approx .29 acres fronting Orchard, with the 3000 square foot home on it, and shows 1042 as a "flag lot" of .51 acres behind 1044, with access to Orchard via the flag "pole" running up the east side of the lots.
