It has porcelain tile in the bathroom and kitchen, wood flooring in the living and bed rooms, a rustic wood towel cabinet, a 40 gallon water heater, and a newer central heat/air system. This apartment also has washer/dryer connections. There are ceiling fans in each room and we provide a stove and refrigerator. The entire property is fenced. There is a four foot chain link fence around the front and the back parking area is fenced with both six foot privacy fence and chain link. At least one year of rental references, employment verification, and criminal background checks are required. All persons age 18 and over will be required to pass screening requirements. We do not accept HUD or Housing Vouchers. The rent is $650 and the deposit is $400. Pets may be considered with a separate deposit and pet rent. All animals must be vaccinated and be neutered or spayed. 1 year lease
