$400 off first months rent This is a 1st floor apartment with ATTACHED garage. My apartment faces north and looks over the Jordan River Preserve, it is the best location and view in the complex. Quiet neighbors with great birds as neighbors. I can see ducks, geese, pelicans, and other birds! Photos: I posted my view, but the rest of the photos are of my layout by the complex. It includes granite countertops, 9' ceilings, washer and dryer included in a separate laundry room, 2 large tubs (master is a garden tub, guest is a deep tub), 2 barbecue areas, large basketball area with a full-size court next door. This is my lease and it goes through May 2017 and can be extended. I am needing to move closer to my work and need to have my lease bought out. I have lived here for 3.5 years so I am sad that I need to move. Next door driving range and Winco! Security Deposit, application and refund ability might not be correct, need to ask Management.
