It was very dated but well built. Basically we are replacing the finish of the house, like light fixtures, flooring, etc. We installed hardwood floors in 1st and 2nd floor, except foyer, kitchen and bathrooms where it had tiles already. We refinished/replaced the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, added with new granite countertops and appliances.
