June 1, 2016 - Quick update on this home. Just replaced entire roof, including adding new sheathing over the existing plywood, and 30-year shingle system from Owens Corning. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled. Basement was remodeled (2012) and is just awaiting new carpeting/flooring. Kitchen has new tile. A new porch is forthcoming before sale. The yard is in perfect bloom. 12 years of plants growing and maturing has finally paid off! I am sure this house won't be on the market for more than a few days.
