Tarawood is a 55+ gated community with friendly neighbors and an active HOA, club house, pool and spa. We have owned the property since January 2005 and it was used six months each year by our parents. They passed away in 2014/2015 so we have since leased the property to a single senior lady who has kept the home immaculate. She has just advised us that she will be moving and thus we have concluded to sell rather than continue to be landlords.
