Over the sink is a window looking out to the golf course. You will find 2 pretty Queen sized bedrooms with dressers, nite stands, lamps, and good sized closets with lots of hangers. The linen closet has many sets of towels, extra bedding, table clothes and place mats. The bathroom is stylish with a vessel sink and a 5 ft. tiled shower. There is a nice Arizona Room. It has a tropical vibe with a second couch, and an indoor chaise lounge. There is a soothing view of the golf course, orange and grapefruit trees, and possibly some bunnies and quail. A carport is attached to the house with extra off-street parking. The carport has a door into the Arizona room. Terms: $500 non-refundable reserves your dates. The $500 is applied to the last month's rent on the rental agreement. The monthly rent is $1750 for Jan, Feb, and Mar. That is the High Season in Arizona. Included in the rent is water, garbage collection twice a week, sewer, WIFI and Cable. The landlord pays $100 of the electric. The house is actually available in mid December 2020 through New Years Eve for a reduced rate of $45 per night when rented with High Season Months. The rent is also $45 per night in April.
