This is a super beautiful apartment and complex. Everything is new, and styled to look like its right out of Italy, which is amazing. Awesome facilities, great neighbors, and even super thick walls! You wont even feel like you're in a complex. This unit is on the top floor (4th) which means it has vaulted ceilings and even window benches in each bedroom. We are moving out and need someone to take over our lease. It ends in April, then you would have to renew it for another year. They pay for everything except Gas and Electric. Which means they pay for Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Cable + Internet. Honestly the best apartments you can get in Orem, and the best price too.
