Looking for a professional roommate (male or female makes no difference, previous roommate was female and we got along very well and is just moving for a new job).The loft is available in my 2bd apt in Lawrence Township which is close to Route 1, R95, R295 and walking distance to Quaker bridge Mall. The apt is on the third floor of the building and the loft is medium sized (16'1*8'3, upstairs over the living room),for $500 per month plus shared utilities (PG&E, TV/Internet, Water, about $50/m). We are courteous professions. We need to find someone who is currently employed, with decent credit who pays their bills on time. The room is completely furnished with a queen mattress, desk and chair along with a spacious walk-in closet. The room is available at the beginning of March. Our apt is welcoming interested folk who is friendly respectful and quiet towards everybody especially welcome person having interests about Chinese culture.We live well with person who is:~ Respectful, Responsible, Courteous~ No party person and no pet~ Clean (wash dishes promptly, share in upkeep of bathroom, floors, etc...)And I hope to hear from you soon if this is a good fit for you =).
