Homes are given to the first approved applicant that pays the reservation fee. This home is part of our Filter Easy Program. Air filters are delivered to your doorstep quarterly for your convenience. A $10 fee will be charged in addition to your monthly rent. In the rare instance that you cannot have your first choice, the application can be applied to a home similar in price. All of our homes are pet friendly! Pet Policy: There is a pet deposit that is $250 for one pet and $100 for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets. There is also pet rent each month with $25 for the first pet, and $10 for each additional pet. Property does not allow for the following pets: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Korean Jindo, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, wolf/wolf hybrid. Once approved, a Reservation Binder and $150 nonrefundable flat fee reserves the home. This fee is not applied to first months rent or security deposit.
