The photo on Zillow is not accuarate. The bungalow shown was torn down in 2004 and a beautiful new colonial (see new photos) was constructed. Also, the Zestimate on this site reflects assessed value by the town. For some reason the town went back to the old bungalow assessment (see 2005 and 2006). This will be corrected soon. Open floor plan, maple flooring, gas fp, 2nd flr laundry, gorgeous kitchen, huge master/bath....all on a private acre and just one mile to commuter rail.
