The middle bedroom has a walk in closet and the third bedroom is very big, larger than even the master bedroom. Washer and dryer (free to use and included) are located on the upper level also. The first floor is very open and has 9 foot ceilings. The kitchen features a wood floor and stainless steel appliances, along with a center island that is great for additional counter space and storage. There is a 1/2 bath on the first level also. On one side of the house is a sliding door that leads to a concrete patio area that could be used for grilling,etc. The "yard" is on the small side since it is a townhome, but there is a park with a few blocks walk with equipment for the kids. The oversized 2 car attached garage is in the back of the house, with 2 remotes and keypad entry. Close to Riverdale shopping center which has everything you need. The rent quoted includes trash, snow removal, and lawn care. All other utilities (water/sewer, electric, gas, cable, internet, etc) would be the tenants' responsibility. The house has central air and a natural gas furnace. I'm the original owner and I am looking for someone who will take good care of the place. Pets may be permitted with additional pet rent & deposit. Looking for a minimum of a one-year commitment. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing.
