We spent the last 8 years in this home raising our 3 Daughters throughout those years. The management/new owners of Meadow Manor evicted us in the middle of winter the week of Christmas to be exact. We owned this mobile out right and are now having to try and fight for the rights to sell our own home because they are greedy and looking to move it out to move their own in and charge triple the price.These people are greedy, heartless crooks. If they Somehow managed to roll the title into their name trying to say it was abandoned and auctioning off as they plan to do, they will make the new owner remove it from their property. They evicted us because I was laid off and got behind one month on lot rent although I have been late several times before this I always paid it up and paid the $25 late fee on top of that as stated in the lot rental agreement. These people are greedy and looking to kick out anyone in the mobile courr that owns their own home or is renting an older home so they can move their own new homes in and rent them out for 1000+ a month and additional 600 a month lot rent on top of that. These people are crooked heartless thieves who’s only concern is making a profit off another’s hardship. They knew we couldn’t afford an attorney at the time as I was laid off and took full advantage. Just a forewarning for anyone interested in buying as we’ve heard more than one story after we were evicted about others in the same situation after being evicted they sold their mobile home without the new owner knowing it would then have to be removed from the property. Please look up the article written in the Flathead Beacon for full details of the new owners/managements plans and you’ll see that they are slowly aiming to make that a reality!
