The surrounding neighborhood is nice, as well--lots of trees and dog walkers. Super close to bars and coffee shops, 10 min walk to the Pearl street mall. Close to downtown campuses (walkable). Laundry room in the building, also bike racks. Apartment is on the first floor, gets decent sun through the windows. Can give more information if desired.
