The room comes with its own private bathroom. Rent includes all utilities (i.e. water, sewage, garbage, power, internet, and cable). There is a large living room + balcony, dining room, and kitchen w/ stove, fridge, oven, microwave, and kitchen appliances. I'm on the 9th floor with amazing views north of Wilshire (Bel Air, Westwood, Brentwood, Getty Center). Perfect for your morning coffee or catching the sunset. Parking is valet (valet will park and bring your car) so no need to worry about parking. Building amenities include pool, jacuzzi, gym, in-building laundry, and sauna!
