This home is very special to me, and I'm hoping to find tenants who will love and appreciate it as much as I do. It has a warm, comfortable mountain feel, lots of natural light, and so much character. I would love to find someone who will truly make it their home and care for it as their own. The home has a bright and inviting living space with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the surrounding mountain setting. The wood-burning stove adds to the cozy mountain atmosphere and is wonderful during Truckee's snowy winters. The kitchen has all new appliances, and faucets throughout the home have recently been replaced. New carpet will also be installed prior to move-in. The property has ample parking, including a large driveway with plenty of room for multiple vehicles and an RV. There is also outdoor space that could accommodate a shed with owner approval. The deck will be repaired before winter, and a security system is already installed and included in the monthly rent. Satellite internet is already set up at the home and can remain active for an optional $120 per month. There is currently a large supply of cut firewood on the property that is being sold separately. If any remains at move-in, the incoming tenant will have the first opportunity to purchase some or all of it at an agreed-upon price. Purchasing the firewood is completely optional. More than anything, I'm looking for responsible tenants who will appreciate this home and treat it with care. Lease Description Rent: $3,300 per month Security Deposit: $3,300 Lease Term: One year The home's security system is included in the $3,300 monthly rent at no additional charge. Up to 3 dogs are allowed. There is no pet rent and no additional pet deposit. Tenants are responsible for damage caused by their pets beyond normal wear and tear, including repair costs that exceed the security deposit. The property has no gas service and no HOA and is on a private well and septic system, so there is no monthly municipal water or sewer bill. Tenants will be responsible for establishing and paying for Liberty Utilities electric service. Satellite internet is already installed and may be continued for an additional $120 per month, if desired. Internet is completely optional, and tenants may choose their own internet service instead. New carpet will be installed prior to move-in. The deck will be repaired before winter.
