I'm looking for a female roommate in the Palms area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two bath. There is an unfurnished room available with individual bathroom included inside the room (see attached pictures). There is a full kitchen and living room area. There is a tandem parking spot available. The lease is for 6 months and so my preference is that whoever moves in stays for that long. Total rent is $1525 and whoever moves in will pay half ($).
