A beautiful brand new house, located a mile from Historic Downtown Vista. I'm interested in renting out the two spare bedrooms starting 4/1 or sooner. The bedrooms are both 12x12 and can be furnished if needed. The bedrooms also include a ceiling fan & a large window with plenty of natural light. The full bathroom including a shower & tub is located right next to & between the two bedrooms. There is a ton of storage space between the large bedroom closet, linen closet, a secondary coat closet, & an unused pantry. There is also a laundry room. The living room, kitchen & backyard are all shared. A parking spot is included. No pets allowed. I would prefer to go month-to-month for 2-3 months to make sure it is a good fit for all involved. After that, I would prefer a 3 month, 6 month or 9 month lease. After that, a one year lease. However, I am open & flexible to the terms.
