This beautiful upstairs apartment is located near the Leelanau trail and Cedar Lake access site, and just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City. The apartment has carpeting and hardwood floors. The kitchen has authentic retro metal cabinets that add a unique and artistic touch and the living room and master bedroom have views of Cedar Lake. This apartment is above an office/workshop and garage located on our private property. It is a quiet spot situated in next to a neighborhood. We charge 1 plus 1/2 month of rent for a security deposit, which is $2700. We also ask for one month of rent up front, $1800, with automatic monthly payment authorization for the 2nd month upon signing a lease. Garbage pick-up, city water and sewer is included in rent. Gas (approximate monthly average $75), electric (approximate monthly average $170, but depends on how much you use your air-conditioning system), and renter is responsible for wifi. We prefer no pets but are open to discussing a small pet for an additional cost. We do not allow smoking. We have two parking spaces designated for the apartment and garage storage for bikes.
