    This 13.9 acres is a Deer Hunter's Haven! This small acreage is great for a weekend getaway. Thick vegetation throughout provides excellent wildlife habitat and a natural isolation barrier. Some areas have been cleared for feeders. Predominantly oak with scattered cedar. Digging for a pond was started but needs to be dug deeper and lined to hold water. An old camper converted into a hunting blind conveys with the property, as does a motor home. An unused water well sits near the SW corner of the land near where an old early to mid 1900s homestead is said to have been located. No remains can be seen of the homestead. Owner has no knowledge of the water well's feasibility. Power lines and access road located on west side of property. It would need refencing to hold livestock. There are homesteads nearby but buyer to verify possible utilities. The property is almost 11 miles north of Cottonwood, 15 miles south of Putnam.
