This is a brand new town home never lived in. 1) Renter pays for all utilities including Water, Natural Gas and Electricity. 2) First and Last month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. (as described in the lease). 3) A minimum of 60 day or 2 calendar months of notice period is required from the renter if and when decided to move out. Failure to comply with this notice period requirement automatically makes the renter owe last 2 calendar months of rent. 4) The rented premises cannot be subleased to anyone without explicit written consent from the homeowner. 5) Lease renews at every 11 months in compliance with the conditions described in the lease agreement. 6) Rent is due between 1-5th day of every month. Interest of 15% pa is due on any delays past the 5th day of a calendar month. 7) Renter must inspect the property thoroughly and bring into homeowner's attention if any damages or anomalies spotted. Renter is liable to pay for any property damages done directly or indirectly after occupancy.
