    Charming, well-lit, 3-bedroom, 1-bath home available in a quiet neighborhood, just 1/2 of a mile west of downtown Redmond and 1/2 of a mile east of the Dry Canyon. --The property is on 1/3 of an acre with a fenced-in backyard with space for a garden and great for a pet. --Spacious living room --Rooms are all about the same size - 10' x 13' plus built-in closets. --For storage, there is a large basement and a shed out back. --The house is unfurnished other than appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove/oven, washer, and dryer. --Rooms are all about the same size - 10' x 13' plus built-in closets. --I had all of the electrical system replaced and brought up to code in 2021. --In August (before move-in), I am xeriscaping the front yard, adding a driveway, and replacing the plumbing. --Next spring, I will be making similar improvements to the back yard. This is a one-year lease, with the option to move to month-to-month after that. Security deposit is $2500 up front. Pet deposit of $200 with 1 dog maximum. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street (however, during the school year and school day, street parking can be limited). No smoking on the property. No sub-letting without written consent from the landlord. I will run a background and credit check. Renter's Insurance is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and keeping the house in good shape. Landlord is responsible for lawn maintenance. Current tenants are moving out at the end of July, and could start showing the place around August 3rd-4th.
