Hi all, We have one room for rent in our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bath apartment in the Carthay Square neighborhood of Los Angeles. Our house is conveniently located near to 10 freeway, the grove, melrose, beverly hills center, sunset blvd., west Hollywood and many more action-happening places so you do not have to drive anywhere on the weekends! We have a den, big kitchen, a dining room and a washer & dryer in the unit. Rent is $992.50/month + utilities (roughly $100 - $150 per month) with a $975 security deposit. We are the upstairs unit of a duplex with a backyard and garage. It is a month-to-month contract with 6 months minimum stay. We are three professional young guys two mid 20s and one early 30s full-time employed. We like to keep the house tidy and have a maid who comes around once a month.
