Once you move in, you can anticipate a knock on the door from neighbors, likely embraced with some authentic Mexican food or smoked salmon. Our home is centrally located near all the things you may need: 5 minutes for gas and groceries 9 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City/Temple Square 10 minutes from Salt Lake Airport 11 minutes from the Fairground (We have the best fair ever!) 5 minutes to freeway exits Walking distance to the Jordan river trail and International Peace Gardens (have you been? It's beautiful!) 8 minutes from Bee's Stadium 30 minutes to the nearest ski resort The Glendale neighborhood is in the process of being revitalized. With significant updates to it over the last 10 years, you can still find some areas in the neighborhood that need some improvements. We want to be transparent in that, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the area. But looks can be deceiving, we stand by the opinion that we have a great neighborhood and have always felt safe and welcome here! We are also BIG animal lovers and welcome your fur babies. We have a catio for those who are cat lovers and a nice backyard for your pup. The backyard, however, is not fully fenced in, but if that is a deal breaker, we can work with you to get the yard enclosed.
