An ATV trail circles the property and can be enjoyed just as easily as a nature walk with a bridge over the creek, or as a network to access the property for hunting or recreational ATV riding. There is an open field in the north corner of the property that can be made into a secluded food plot for the savvy hunter looking to attract and hold deer on the property.
