I live upstairs and you'll have the whole basement to yourself. My kids and I are quiet and respectful, but I also love community and like to cook if you're feeling social. Small dogs up to 25 lbs ok with a $350 deposit (refundable) and proof of vaccinations. Tenants must clean up waste, no excessive barking. Please add +$25 to the monthly rent for each pet.
