The room is located on the first floor. The entrance is private to the room. The room can also be accessed from the backdoor. A parking space comes with the room. The room comes with a full bathroom/shower. The room also comes with a bed and bookshelf. Those items can be removed if the tenant has their own bedroom furniture. The air handler for the townhouse is located in a closet in the room and the A/C unit is outside to the left of the back door. The sound is not loud but may be annoying to some people. I live here currently and I have no problem with it. The second floor is the common area with a furnished living room, kitchen and dinning room. There is a deck with some table and chairs. The third floor is occupied by a mother and daughter duo. They are very quiet. However, the washer and dryer is on the third floor. The new tenant will need to access the third floor in order to do laundry. 12 Month Lease. No smoking. No pets.
