This guesthouse is quiet and comfortable with plenty of space and parking. The kitchen, dining area, and living area are in one open space connecting to a small hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedroom. Trained, well-behaved pets only. It is located about one mile to all that BV has to offer. There is a TV and internet, but not cable tv. The guesthouse and main house share a fenced in back yard, but the guesthouse is a separate building detached from the main house. The current bed configuration is a murphy bed and a bunk bed in the same room. We can remove one or reconfigure to fit your needs. Mid-term lease preferred. One month minimum rent. Utilities included (except for cable TV).
