The walk from here to the Western Promenade is beautiful. Parking is on-street and generally easily available. No pets and no smoking indoors. The building is a owner-occupied two-unit. My wife and I live in the other unit with our 8-week-old daughter. Both of us work in mental health (she's a therapist in private practice; I'm a nurse practitioner in public practice). We're friendly, low-key, and have many friends in the Portland area. That said, we take COVID seriously. Rent includes hot water, water/sewer, and snow removal. Tenant(s) pay oil heat, electricity, and city trash bags. Background and credit check ($40 paid by tenant) required for rental application. Available now July 31, 2021 (Unfortunately, we can't extend the lease beyond July 31, 2021 because we'll have family moving in.).
