This third-floor studio has a great bathroom with a tub/shower. The kitchen/dining area has an exit to the back porch area which is great for sitting after a day of classes. There is a huge closet in the living/bedroom area as well. Free parking right outside the house. No pets are allowed, there is a one time cost for trash and recycling for the year for $400 due upfront with deposit, as well as a one time $80 wifi fee but then you have wifi for the entire lease and is high speed, parking comes with apartment for free but spots are limited so sooner you reach out for it the better, landlord pays for heat, hot water, snow removal, water and sewer, and laundry which is free just down a few buildings on street of property, electric and outlets tenant is responsible for and do have to call to set up the NYSEG, the lease starts June 1st but for cleaning and check between tenant you are unable to move in until June 10th, and have to be out May 31st unless you sign for another year
