I am looking for a sublease for my bedroom at university edge apartments. It is a 4 bedroom apartment with only 2 roommates. I have 1 bedroom available for a sublease. Rent is only $395 (including utilities) which ia due at the beginning of each month, on the fourth it becomes late. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Everyone has their own seperate room and bathrooms. Kitchen is shared. This is an unfurnished apartment so you would need furniture or try renting furniture from UE.
