This is a lovely neighborhood. There are people of all age groups. A lot of young couples with children have moved in the past 3 to 4 years. The people here, let you decide as to whether you want your privacy or to be more active in the neighborhood. Yearly dues are $125.00. There are covenants and are expected to be met. I am a native Caryite and if I have to live anywhere in Cary this would be it, and is. It is very conveintly located to major highways and most anything else in Cary. We not only have very nice homes we have very nice lots. The golf course is one of the best in N.C. Professional tournaments have been played here.
