The room is for one person only there are no overnight guest allowed. The room is furnished has a large refrigerator, a microwave and small oven, see pictures. This is a quiet home with no parties and I am looking for someone that is responsible and respectful of others. First months rent and a security deposit. 30 day notice when vacating. Rental contract.
