The building is handicap accessible with automatic doors, an elevator, laundry units on every floor, and wheelchair accessible units are available. Park View Villa's apartments have new flooring and appliances, and are very spacious with multiple, large-sized closets. There are community area's on every floor as well, included a huge community entertainment room where residents have meals together, gatherings, families over, and large events. This room includes a full size kitchen! The ROCS program runs right out of the Park View Villa kitchen! So if you are elderly, you qualify for free and discounted meals every day!
