Monthly rent begins at $500.00 a month with weekly rates starting at $250.00 a week for up to three occupants. One additional occupant is permitted for an extra $25.00 per month, with a maximum of four occupants. Approved pets are welcome with a monthly pet fee of $25.00 per pet. A $300.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to hold a space once an application has been approved. After seven (7) days or at the time of move-in, whichever occurs first, the first month's rent is due, and the $300.00 reservation deposit will convert into a refundable security deposit upon execution of the rental agreement. Utilities are covered for a flat fee. A written 30-day notice is required prior to vacating in order to be eligible for a return of the security deposit. This is a smoke-free property.
