The Cabin sits close to the pond where there are friendly ducks, fishing, kayaking and all sorts of wildlife in the area. The Cabin itself is cozy with a separated one bedroom, one bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), kitchenette dual cooktop, sink, refrigerator), full size futon and seating for 4. No more than 2 adults and one child for monthly rentals. Pets are allowed and must be fully described and approved prior to finalizing application. The area is very quiet and secluded. The property is safe and sound with outdoor surveillance cameras. Out renters love to sit on the front porch or at the fire pit and chill...we are the perfect place for that. Renter/tenant must keep property exactly same as move-in condition. All utilities are included in monthly rental; electric, water, wi-fi. once monthly housekeeping, once monthly pest control are mandatory.
