Owner of this place still owes me money back for the stuff I’ve fixed he never took off rent. Purposely doesn’t have his receipt book so he writes your rent on paper then hands it to you with an attitude. Good luck getting the black mold out of this house that’s GROWING IN THE ATTIC and all in the laundry room. Every room in this house has mold, it has roaches, and mice, I paid $160 every two months to have my house sprayed for EVERYTHING from mold to wasp. Was never given my money back from him after he said if we got the house in shape he would take it off rent. He used rent money to go get liquor. Every chord/wire/plug is in all messed up I would unplug my AC when I left because I didn’t trust it when I was going to the store or something. Multiple times I was shocked, plug-ins melted, you do not have a working stove. You have to go through the attic and rewrite everything. Only thing in this house that is new is the floor that was put in by the renters that was never paid for, and a hot water heater who John Wilton claims to be new. It’s not. Dryer doesn’t even have an outside vent so there’s plenty of mold on the ceilings and in the walls but I pet you my deposit he painted over it again. There’s been multiple layers of paint to cover the mold. Do not live here or you will get sick.
