The apartment includes a spacious living area, with a pull-down Murphy Bed (for a guest); complete kitchen with full size oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; small bedroom with queen size bed and closet; clean and functional bathroom with newer washer and dryer; and storage room with shelves. The private entrance is surrounded by a pleasant, landscaped backyard. All utilities and internet are paid for by the Landlord! Landscaping and/or gardening work is not expected. The tenant must be tolerant of the sound of footsteps from the living area above. Noise never transfers from the downstairs to the upstairs and rarely from the upstairs to the downstairs; however, the footsteps of a family with children will be heard from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.ish. If you work nights and need to sleep during the day, this may not be the best fit for you. This can be a fantastic place to call home for 1 or 2 people!! I am open to different occupancy time frames.
