The entire house has new flooring installed over top of 1/2 inch plywood followed by 3/4 cork board making this floor really solid. 2 bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Entire house has been newly painted. All the light fixtures inside and out have been upgraded. Updated smoke detectors have been wired to current electrical code. All switches and receptacles have been replaced with new decor switches and receptacles. Also the whole house standby generator is great to have. The whole house is wired 12-2 (20amp breakers) or greater. All the plumbing throughout is copper. Also a new water heater has been installed. I love the workshop and the 980 sq ft unfinished bonus room that has a lot of potential if and when it is finished. Right now it is used for storage. The screen porch is also nice.
