Application for Furnished Studio or One Bedroom Unit We have our unit listed in Airbnb, please check this link: Rents are varied for different units, please contact the Manager. The photos shown are for a Studio as an example, but the actual units size and layout may be Studio or 1 bedroom unit. The decoration is very similar and have some variations. House Rules for all Furnished Units: 1. No smoking anywhere inside unit or building. 2. Quiet time after 10pm 3. Coin-op Washer and Dryer are available in the basement. 4. We kindly request to clean up all the dirty dishes at check out. 5. Return the Keys back to us at check out to the key box you got the key. For any lost or unreturned keys, there is a charge ($200 for the main entrance Key and $50 for the Unit key). 6. We can provide a mailbox key, but only for 30+ days stay (no exception), it is based your request only. There will be $25 per month charge for the mailbox key. 7. If you will receive packages at the building there is a secure, private package locker system for this. Its the only way we allow package delivery and there is a fee of $10 per month (per apartment, not per person) Locker system is by LuxerOne. 8. For any guest(s) booking a stay longer than 30 days, we will require a credit check and sign a lease online. You agree to pay $35 for the credit check per person. The detail will be sent to you with booking confirmation. 9. Pet: we allow well behaved pet ( 65 lb). There is a one time non- refundable pet fee $295 (per pet, max. 2 pets) for the entire stay, paid at booking.
