I am currently in the process of prepping the space for new tenants, which means my tools and materials are temporarily out as I finish painting, touching things up, and getting everything cleaned and ready. The yard and unit will be fully cleaned, refreshed, and move in ready before a new tenant moves in. The yard is mostly concreted, and I will be posting photos once the cleanup and final touches are complete. The unit includes essential furniture along with ample bedding, towels, and household basics, making it easy to move in with minimal setup. You are also welcome to add or remove furniture to make the space feel like home. This is a long term rental.
