Every tenant that has lived here has loved the house. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Has Family room in the Basement and one car garage in basement. Deck on front of the house. We just added new under pinning around the deck. Deck is shaded in the late afternoon and evening. Back yard is shaded at time also. Storage building in back yard. Brand new windows, microwave, and refrigerator. New paint. Has very low utilities even more so since the installation of the new windows and more attic insulation. Has newer furnace and A/C. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Half bath and family room and laundry hookups in the basement. Garage is in the basement too. I do not use zillow applications.
